I am a professional or specialized company with a license. Can I order refrigerant gas?
Yes, provided that you present the documents allowing the handling of fluorinated gases.
I am a private company without a license. Can I order refrigerant gas for resale?
Yes, provided that you declare that the product will be used for activities not included in Article 10 of CEE 517/2014. The customer assumes full responsibility for the consequences of a false declaration.
Can I pay with cash?
No, all website orders are paid by bank transfer.
Are there supplements for remote areas?
Some remote areas, especially islands, require a supplement that is not calculated automatically by the cart. If you do not want to pay the supplement, we can cancel the order and refund you immediately.
How are products packaged?
Products are delivered in cardboard boxes; large quantities are usually delivered on EURO pallets.
I need a large quantity. How can I request a custom offer?
Contact us by email with your company details, the gas required and the exact quantity.
Is the refrigerant gas new or recycled?
All products are new and filled with pure gas. We do not sell recycled gas.
Do you have phone customer service?
We do not answer calls at the moment, but support is available by email and WhatsApp.
Can I buy without VAT?
Prices are already without VAT. Our company is an intra-community operator, so sales are made without local VAT.
Can I replace R404a with another gas?
R404a can be replaced by several gases, including R407F, R407H, R448A, R449A and R452A. The system must be fully discharged before being charged with the new gas.
