Return request
To request a return, contact RefrigeranteGas with your order number, product and reason for the request. The product must be unused, intact and in its original packaging.
Refrigerant products
For safety, compliance and traceability reasons, opened, used, damaged products or products no longer suitable for resale may not be accepted for return.
Refunds
After the product is received and checked, any refund is made to the original payment method according to the payment provider timeline.
